1. Booking Policy

• All appointments must be booked in advance through our website, phone, or in person.
• A deposit of $20 is required to secure your appointment.
• Your appointment is confirmed only after the deposit has been received.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may result in the loss of your deposit.
• No-shows or last-minute cancellations will be charged $50.

3. Late Arrivals

• We allow a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals.
• If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled or rescheduled, depending on availability.
• If you arrive late, your service time may be reduced to avoid delays for the next client.

4. Deposits & Payments

• Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a new appointment if rescheduled within the allowed time.
• The remaining balance must be paid before or immediately after the service.
• We accept payments via cash, credit/debit card, Zelle, or other approved payment methods.

5. No Extra Guests

• To maintain a relaxing environment, only clients with appointments are allowed inside the salon.
• Please do not bring extra guests, including children, unless they also have an appointment.

6. Health & Safety

• If you have any medical conditions, allergies, or scalp issues, please inform us before your appointment.
• We reserve the right to refuse service if a condition may affect your safety or our staff’s safety.

7. Refund & Satisfaction Policy

• We strive for 100% client satisfaction. If you are unhappy with your service, please notify us before leaving the salon so we can make necessary adjustments.
• No refunds will be given once the service has been completed.

8. Policy Updates

• We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any major changes.
